Our hotdogs are high-quality, grass-fed, gluten free, and peanut free. There are no fillers, no added hormones, and all animals are raised without antibiotics. They are proudly produced in a family owned facility in Northern Ontario, with all the values you’d expect – taking a high quality and delicious approach to one of the best parts of Canadian summers – hotdogs. Humanely raised
The animals used in the Alderwood Farms hotdogs are raised with the animals’ comfort and care in mind by farmers who take great pride in animal husbandry standards.
Raised without Antibiotics
The animals used in Alderwood Farms hotdogs are raised and finished without the use of antibiotics.
Simple ingredients
The mission for Alderwood Farms is to put food on Canadian tables that families can be proud to feel their families. Ingredients should be easy to read and understand.
Grass-fed
Both the beef and the chicken hotdogs come from animals that are grass-fed, which means that when seasonally possible, they are on pasture. When the weather doesn’t allow for regular pasture and grazing, they are fed diets rich in hay and alfalfa.

The mandate of Alderwood Farms is to support the Canadian agri-food industry. All of the products under the Alderwood Farms label are manufactured in Canada, in conjunction with small, family-run operations. We believe that food entrepreneurship is one of the backbones of the Canadian economy.
Allergen Aware
While not free of all allergens, we have made very mindful choices to ensure that to the greatest degree possible, our hotdogs are able to be allergen friendly. We are free from many top allergens including peanuts, treenuts, gluten, dairy, soy, egg, fish, shellfish. *Our hotdogs do contain mustard.
